First Flight Courses

Interested in trying a first wingsuit jump? We can teach you!

We'll take you through all the steps. From rigging up a suit, to all pre-flight and in-flight procedures, in accordance to the international standards for wingsuit training. We will also fly along on your first jump. Guiding you through the air (where needed) and shooting good video for debriefing (and so you can show other people your first flight).

We have a substantial fleet of demo-suits, but may need to arrange suits for people in 'special sizes' (so let us know in advance if you fit that category).

Coaching

Team Fly Like Brick is proud to offer first flight courses, 1 on 1 coaching and load organising.

1 on 1 coaching

We can help you work on flying faster, falling slower, flying relative, docking or loops, rolls and backflying...

We'll do a thorough briefing before and after the jump, and the whole dive itself will be recorded on video.

Using our own developed 10 level coaching program, we will work on refining flying skills.

Building on previous jumps, as well as giving you exercises to practice with your friends on your home DZ.

Photo and video

Are you're interested in having some good video or stills of yourself to show other people how you fly?

Next to good quality DV and excellent quality HD video (1080p at 25fps or 720p at 50fps), we can shoot high resolution photo's (18 megapixels) of your jump and supply them to you in a digital format. See the photo gallery for examples.

Load organising

Especialy aimed at small groups of low to medium experienced flyers, we'll take you through all the safety issues involved with wingsuit formation flying. We'll organise your group throughout the day, with a good briefing before the jump, and will join you in the formation or as an outside cameraman (depending on the group and your wishes).

Dropzone information

Do you manage a dropzone or are you organising a boogie?

We can run first flight courses, give 1 on 1 coaching or do load organising. Bringing lots of jumpers to your dropzone. Are you interested in having us around for a day, weekend or week? Contact us for details.

Rates

As we travel a lot for the instruction and 1 on 1 courses, we ask a small fee to keep our down expenses to a minimum.

First Flight Course

€35 + instructors slot

This includes:

  • Ground instruction (40 minutes)
  • Free use of a wingsuit on day of the first flight course.
  • Debrief & solo clearance (logbook signature + logbook FFC sticker)
  • Copy of your video (bring DVD recordable or USB stick)

1 on 1 photo, video or coaching jumps

€20 + instructors slot

This includes:

  • Prejump briefing
  • In flight coaching
  • Photo and/or video (bring DVD recordable or USB stick)
  • After jump debrief and tips.

Events

We organise quite a few first flights and 1 on 1 coaching weekends on dropzones such as Teuge (NL), Rotterdam (NL) Hoevenen (BE), Schaffen (BE) & Zwartberg (BE).
On these events all instruction is included in the event registration, so there is no charge outside of the instructors slot.
